MIS and Sales Coordinator
Role Objective: Total coordination of MIS operations
Responsibilities:
- Liaison and handle all works related to RSBCL and excise at Jaipur
- Review, analyze, and present industry data
- Prepare sales reports and monitor progress
- Present depot stock with stock age analysis
- Track sales staff movement via ADP and direct contact
- Maintain leave records of employees
- Prepare and submit timesheets and other records for salary payment
- Process and verify TA/DA bills for submission to HQ
- Handle all required accounting work
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide necessary inputs
- Prepare and verify rebate charts as per the approved schemes
